![]() So, my question is: shouldn't they be recognized as different when SeriesNumber is empty, but SeriesInstanceUID is different? Based on the link given above, as SeriesInstanceUID is strictly required and not empty, shouldn't this be more important when classifying the files?īelow are some info from the first dicom file of each series. ![]() Based on this link SeriesNumber is Required, Empty if Unknown (2), so these files are valid. The reason i believe SeriesNumber is responsible for the wrong recognition is because if i assign different SeriesNumber to the series, then they are properly recognized as 2 different series with 197 dicom files each one. The dicom files come from 2 different series of a specific study and consequently they have different SeriesInstanceUID, but SeriesNumber is empty. Older tools may require 32-bit conversionĬonvert 197 DICOM as dcm_error/dcm_error_0_0 (166x196x197x1)Ĭonversion required 0.233224 seconds (0.233162 for core code). ![]() Note: rare 16-bit UNSIGNED integer image. The message i get is the followingĬhris Rorden's dcm2niiX version v0622 (JP2:OpenJPEG) (JP-LS:CharLS) GCC5.5.0 (64-bit Linux) I have a problem trying to convert some dicom files where the attribute SeriesNumber is empy.
